During a treatment, over 7000 nerve endings are stimulated, thereby increasing their function and reactivity.

TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine in Reflexology
Traditional Chinese Medicine is renowned for its use in pregnancy and incorporating it into a Reflexology Session can be a very powerful combination for supporting Mother and Baby through the physiological and emotional changes at this exciting time.
TCM Reflexology can also help with the birthing process thus decreasing the amount of time you may spend in labour potentially reducing the chance of complications, medical intervention and also an excellent way to prepare your body for labour. The aim is to relax mind, body and soul and to encourage the baby to find its optimal position for birth.
I support ladies who are trying to conceive and those who are already pregnant and this includes labour focus sessions if you are overdue.
Precision & Advanced Precision Reflexology
Precision Reflex works with specific reflex points on the feet to connect with the subtle energy of the client to achieve homeostasis. Advanced Precision Reflex works by linking in with the Chakra system. Linking is a light touch approach suitable for all. Whilst there is little or virtually no pressure applied to the feet, the energy in the body is gently brought back into balance and blockages to energy flow are cleared.
Hot Stone Reflexology
A Hot Stone Reflexology treatment really can take Reflexology to another level helping you to feel relaxed, restored, rebalanced and rejuvenated. This is a truly indulgent feeling treatment where I use various foot massage techniques and hot stones to soothe and relax the body at its deepest level, effectively creating a space of harmony and balance. The subtle energies of the stones introduced into the treatment calm the senses, relax muscle tension and can promote a meditative state.
